The property is boat access only just 15 minutes from Utila Town. The bungalows and resort sit on 500 feet of beachfront with beautiful healthy coral reefs. Perfect for divers! There are numerous dive sites just 10 feet from shore with a wall dropping to 130 feet deep. The area is great for snorkeling and shore diving, Dulce Vida, Utopia's four-star restaurant offers meal plans to those who do not wish to cook every day or simply enjoy the beach bar and restaurant when you feel like getting out and meeting new friends.
These oceanfront bungalows are designed by a professional interior designer with all the modern amenities including stainless steel kitchen appliances, raised glass bowl sink with European fixtures, full shower/tubs and dimmer control lighting. The exterior is gorgeous local pine with coral stone accents. Each unit contains one master suite with king bed and bathroom, a loft bedroom with it's own private balcony, open living and full kitchen with an ocean front balcony with views of the mainland mountains just 18 miles away.
