Renovated in October, 2010, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, in the residential part of Sandy Bay, is only a 5 minute walk west to Chepes Beach and a 5 minute walk east to bars, restaurants and dive shops. There is a large central living area with open kitchen and dining area. Double glass doors lead to the covered porch furnished with hammocks, tables and chairs. Nicely furnished and very comfortable for groups up to six.

This is the perfect place for groups that want to be close to the action and within walking distance of the beach.
