The Sandy Bay Beach House is a beautiful island-style private residence with just under 2000 sq. ft. of open floor plan and 90 ft. of beach front. The home is great for 2 couples and the kids can sleep on the queen sleeper sofa, or for more privacy, rent the downstairs apartment.

Deposit:
50% to secure reservation, remaining 50% due 45 days prior to check-in.
$200 security deposit due upon arrival
Cancellations:
45 days written notice prior to stay, $200 cancellation fee.
**Electric Payment**
Guests pay for any electric that is considered over the past average that is not reasonable. You can watch the meter inside the front door to calculate how much you are using. Any amount over will be taken from the security deposit.
Average usage is $100/wk for main house and $50/wk for apartment.
