Property Details

Beautiful brand new cabana with approximately 700 square feet of living space. Comfortable, efficient design allows space for fully equipped galley kitchen, dining nook, sitting area , sleeping area, ample closet space and large modern bath with shower. In addition to the queen bed in sleeping area, the sitting area futon provides room for up to two additional guests. An additional sleeping room with sink and toilet has recently been added.

The cabana includes cable TV, wireless internet, flat screen TV, A/C and ceiling fans. Guests will enjoy the private, quiet location from the spacious deck with it's beautiful view of the coconut palms in the garden and a view of the stunning Paradise Cove across the road. It is only a short walk to the public entrance to either Paradise Cove or the Caribbean Sea.

There are two beds to accommodate 4 guests. The futon in the living area can be used to accommodate 2 additional guests.

Weekly and monthly rentals include use of washer and bicycles.
