Paradise Cove Villa features almost 3,000 square feet of indoor living space, with an additional 1,000 square feet of outdoor deck. The main house features a new, fully furnished kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths plus a loft with a queen bed and a deck with ocean view. The spacious living area has two separate seating areas, one with a wonderful view of Paradise Cove. The other features a view of a tropical garden. Please note there is a 20% increase on all rates during Christmas, New Year's and Easter Week (Semana Santa).

Deposits:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. To hold your reservation, 50% of the total amount due is required. Remainder is due 30 days before date of arrival.

House Rental Includes:

- 25 kWh of electricity per day. Additional usage will be charged to guest at cost.
