Mango Tree Boutique apartments are two unique spaces built around the oldest Mango Tree in Utila. It is truly like living in a tree house with all the best amenities you can hope to find in an island vacation rental. Newly renovated with upgrades not usually found on Utila - each apartment has a separate washer/dryer on the bodega level. Both have luxury bathrooms with glass tiles and glass bowl sinks, rain shower and plenty of hot water with the new hot water heater. The renovation includes hardwood floors, A/C, new beds, beautiful new kitchens and flat screen TV. They are decorated in island style with comfortable, colorful rattan furniture and the deck apartment has a beautiful Honduran wood dining table that seats six.

The Penthouse apartment occupies the entire third floor of the Mango Tree Building with a very private deck including a gorgeous view of Utila's harbor.

The Deck apartment on the second floor has two bedrooms, spacious living/dining area and kitchen with pantry. French doors open onto a spacious, shaded deck overlooking Utila's main street. Lots of outdoor seating, including a bench around the Mango Tree.

Deposits

A $150 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. To hold your reservation, 50% of the total amount due is required. Remainder is due 30 days before date of arrival.
