All the homes here are perfectly private with picturesque beachfront locations. Each is dramatically different yet all include welcoming interiors, spectacular views and are equipped with all the amenities of home.

With Casa Miradora you will experience elegantly romantic bedrooms with doors leading to the front terrace. Elements of traditional Caribbean style are complimented by a casual dining area and a locally crafted wicker living ensemble. Natural wooden inner balconies encircle three walls of this softly sensual cabin. The balconies lead to an upper viewpoint where you can peer for miles out across the bay. From your screened veranda you can swing in your hanmock and watch as sunny days glide effortlessly into moonlit nights.

Located only 60 feet from the ocean, you can snorkel to your hearts content. If you prefer diving, some of the best diving on Utila is right out front of your house. You will see an amazing variety of underwater aquatic life and vibrant corals.Other things to do include hiking, bird watching, iquana watching, beach combing, going into town to shop, going to the cays to pick up fresh fish for dinner, rent a jet ski, boat or go flat fishing for bone fish and tarpon or offshore fishing for blue marln and wahoo.

A $200 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. To hold your reservation, 50% of the total amount due is required. Remainder is due 30 days before date of arrival.
