Deposits:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. To hold your reservation, 50% of the total amount due is required. Remainder is due 30 days before date of arrival.

House Rental Includes:

10 kWh of electricity per day. Additional usage will be charged to guest at cost.

Monthly rate does not include gas, water, power, cable or internet. Guest is responsible for all costs.
