1 bedroom/1 bath floor plan (with 2 queen size beds).
These units are primarily geared to those looking at
a longer-term rental here in Utila (1 month or more), but would also be ideal for those with less time looking for a
more simple type of lodging. Great for a group as well, as the four cottages allow for some privacy while
still being at the same location.
All cottages have full kitchen with stove, microwave, cookware and
dishware, as well as a sitting area, covered deck, and shared outdoor seating tables with grill area. Units
are fully furnished, from linens to cookware - move right in!
Offered at $350 per month, with tenant paying electricity and propane.
