Blue Bayou Beach Houses:

This beach front property is actually composed of 4 separate units (described below) on one acre that is that is directly between the Caribbean and the Lower Lagoon. 

 Each little Beach House is perfect for two, and can be rented separately or together to accommodate up to a party of eight. 

Amenities and Activities:  All 4 of the units are particularly ideal for those who want to spend to spend their time on the beach or deck, snorkeling, sailing, swimming or even diving off the front deck, as all renters will have use of the front dock, the raised covered Champa (an open sided, 12 foot high roofed area with bar and seating to watch the reefs and bay and gather for sunset) as well as kayaks.  There also a small dock on the lagoon side, a great place to watch the bird and animal life on the lagoon or launch a kayak.

Deck and Water Access:  In front of the 1 bedroom unit is a large deck for guests of all 3 units to share. The front steps of the huge deck descend into the Caribbean, Utila Bay. From there, you can shore dive or snorkel to your heart's content. In front of both the 1 bedroom and efficiency beach units are nice covered porches; perfect for enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the sea.

Cleaning and Maintenance: All linens, dishes, etc. provided. The houses are cleaned weekly with linen changes. The caretakers, Javiar and Stella, live on property with their kids, and will help you with whatever you may need. 

UNIT DESCRIPTIONS: The 4 units of this property are described below: 

1 Bedroom Beach House: This cozy 1-bedroom beach house is located right on the sand! It comes with a fully equipped kitchen area, a small living area, separate bedroom with queen bed, bath with hot water shower, and dressing area/closet. There is a great covered porch area with table and chairs, swinging wooden bench, and steps leading down to a spacious dock which leads into the sea.   Air conditioner in bedroom, fans in bedroom and living area.

Efficiency Beach House: Located next to the 1 bedroom Beach House, also on the sand is the Beach Bungalow. This comfortable efficiency has double bed, kitchenette, stove, refrigerator, with a hot water shower and air conditioning and fan. There is a nice covered front porch with a wooden swing and chairs overlooking the bay.  

Little Blue House: Behind the 1 bedroom Beach House, this is an efficiency unit with double bed, kitchenette, refrigerator,  CD/radio, also alternate energy, with a hot water shower, fans and air conditioning. The little blue house is perfect for bigger groups who need more than one house, or for folks on a budget. You also have access to the beach, deck, champa and all the toys.

Studio Bodega Apartment: Just behind the other two bungalows, this one room apartment has a microwave and many small appliances, refrigerator and air conditioner, as well as small bathroom.  It is on the second and 1/2 story and has nice views of the bay, reefs and lagoon.
