Cancellation and Refunds
By making payment, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree with our general refund and cancellation policy as outlined below: 1. We understand that trip itineraries can change or flights can get delayed, and/or medical or similar issues arise. We will try to accommodate your schedule changes as best we can. However, there will be no credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures and we are under no obligation to give them. 2. Cancellation of any reservation must be received by us in writing/email within 45 days of your scheduled arrival as per the following: If notice is received within forty-five (45) days of your scheduled arrival: You will receive a full refund of deposits you have paid, but you will also incur a $150 cancellation/handling fee, and you will also incur any fees that PayPal has assessed us for collecting or refunding your payments. If notice is received less than forty-five (45) days of your scheduled arrival: You will forfeit the full advance payment. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
